Hello. This is a kegel exercise to enlarge your penis. I've been doing this exercise for 1 month and I'm already getting results.

This exercise is very simple. Just keep your PC muscle contracted using maximum force for as long as you can, like 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, or longer.

It seems to be very simple, but this is the exercise that is giving me the most results! Keeping the PC muscle contracted using maximum force increases blood flow to all pelvic muscles, including the ischiocavernosus muscle, and this is the muscle that defines the size of the penis! The greater the blood flow in a muscle, the more fiber it will build, and thus it will become stronger! The more developed the ischicavernosus muscle is, the more weight it will be able to support! And so he will be able to increase the size of the penis! Our organism is much smarter than we think!

You can do this exercise anywhere, doing anything in your routine, walking, running, sitting, having lunch, lying down, taking a shower, studying, and if you do exercises keeping the PC muscle contracted, the effects of the exercise are increased.
