1. Site Policy

pimpandhost.com reserves the right to remove any digital content that compromises the security of our dedicated servers or uses excessive bandwidth. All files are © to their respective owners. pimpandhost.com is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files. Uploaders are responsible for all the content posted on pimpandhost.com.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination, reporting to authorities, and other consequences: Nudity, Non-Nude, or Partial Nudity of Children: Any image featuring nudity or partial nudity of children of any age will result in immediate termination of the account and a report to the authorities. Personally Identifying Information: Images that disclose or contain any personally identifying information beyond a first name about any person. Copyrighted Material and Trademarks: Content that uses copyrighted material or trademarks without the express permission of the owner. Malevolent Purposes: Any content we believe was posted for malevolent purposes, including libel, slander, or harassment. Offensive Content: Images that may be deemed offensive, including blatant expressions of prejudice, racism, or hatred. Illegal or Violent Activity: No content that condones illegal or violent activity. Gore or Shock Content: Including, but not limited to, graphic injuries, depictions of human death, and other disturbing material. Spam or Prohibited Behavior: Unsolicited spam or any form of prohibited behavior. Underage Content: Any content featuring individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Uploaders and viewers' IP addresses will be reported to the authorities such as the FBI and Interpol for legal action.

3. Account Storage Limits

We offer 1GB of free storage to all free accounts. If an account exceeds the 1GB limit, users will be required to upgrade to one of our premium plans to continue using the platform.

4. Consequences of Violating Rules

Violating the rules listed above will result in the following: Account Termination: Immediate and permanent termination of your account. Reporting to Authorities: Content involving underage individuals or other illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities, including the FBI and Interpol. Removal of Content: Any abuse of copyright law or violation of our policies will result in the immediate removal of the images from our platform.

5. Other Important Violations

In addition to the prohibited content mentioned above, the following actions are also violations: Creating Multiple Accounts: Only one account per user is permitted. Violating this policy will result in account suspension, IP bans, and possible termination of all associated accounts. Hotlinking: Directly linking to images hosted on our platform from external sites is not allowed and may result in account suspension. Excessive Use of Storage or Server Resources: Activities that overload our servers or consume excessive resources will result in penalties, including potential account suspension or termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

pimpandhost.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pimpandhost.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of the content, or the reliability of the services provided. Users agree that their use of pimpandhost.com is at their sole risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the platform, and no warranty is given regarding the outcome of using the site or the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall pimpandhost.com, its employees, directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform or services, even if pimpandhost.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to any user for any claim related to the platform or services will not exceed the amount paid by the user to pimpandhost.com in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination of Service

pimpandhost.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any other conduct that pimpandhost.com deems harmful to the platform or its users.

10. DMCA Policy

Our policy is to consider all DMCA abuse reports and take appropriate action within 24-48 hours.

11. Data Loss Disclaimer

pimpandhost.com is not responsible for any data loss, deletion, or failure to store any content uploaded to the platform.
